Production: 100% Advance payment is required to secure raw materials and time.
Design Services: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any design work begins.
While we use agency-grade calibration, slight color variations (approx 5-10%) may occur between digital screens (RGB) and physical print (CMYK/Pantone). This is an industry standard and is not a valid ground for rejection.
We do not print without your explicit approval on a Digital Proof. Once you reply "Approved", the file is locked for production. Any errors (spelling, layout) found after this approval are the sole responsibility of the client.
